Five Milestar Tires’ Teams Podium During Rock Crawling Event in Baghdad, Arizona
Gardena, CA – Feb 29, 2024 – MILESTAR, a leader of high value performance tires, is pleased to announce five podium finishes in four different classes at the W.E.Rock rock crawling competition. Team Milestar came in strong during the 2024 round one event at Bagdad, Arizona. With eight teams in the running, their skill and determination led to multiple podium finishes.
W.E. Rock is renowned for pushing drivers and their off-road vehicles to the limit on extreme obstacle courses. The competition pits teams consisting of a driver and spotter against each other to conquer challenging terrains for time and points. This season, Milestar welcomed new talents to their roster including Dave Wong, John Hembel, Tyler Harper, Matt Black, and Crystal Hanson, joining seasoned competitors Braxton, Coleman, Brian “Woody” Swearingen, and Logan Backus.
Throughout the weekend, the Milestar teams showcased their prowess across various classes, culminating in a triumphant display of skill and dedication. Notable results include first-place finishes for Dave Wong and Braxton Colemand, as well as commendable showings from Logan Backus, Tyler Harper and Matt Black. To celebrate the achievements and foster team camaraderie, Milestar Tires continued their tradition of hosting a family dinner, bringing together competitors, families, and support crews for a memorable evening.
